Shipping Policy

Order processing

All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 working days after the order is placed. During busy periods (e.g. promotions or holidays), processing may exceptionally take slightly longer — we will notify you by email if this happens. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next working day.

Delivery times

Sweden: 1–3 working days from the time the parcel leaves our warehouse
Rest of the EU: 2–4 working days from the time the parcel leaves our warehouse

Calculated from the time the order is placed, including our processing time, this normally means 2–5 working days within Sweden and 3–6 working days within the rest of the EU.

The stated times are estimates. If your delivery is significantly delayed, contact info@fjornrunning.com and we will resolve it. You always have the right to cancel the purchase if we do not deliver within a reasonable time after you have reminded us. Extraordinary events beyond our control, such as extreme weather or disruption to the shipping network, may affect these times. We will notify you if this happens.

Shipping costs

Sweden: SEK 59
Rest of the EU: SEK 99
Free shipping on all orders over SEK 699 within Sweden. Within the EU, a fixed shipping charge always applies.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number so that you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Customs duties and charges (outside the EU)

We currently only ship within Sweden and the rest of the EU. Any future deliveries outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and import charges, which would be borne by the customer.

Incorrect delivery address

Check that your delivery address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels resulting from an incorrectly provided address, but we are happy to help resolve the situation if you contact us as soon as possible.
