1. About us

This website, fjornrunning.com (the "Service"), is operated by FA Group Sverige AB, company registration number 559472-7066 ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting the website and/or shopping with us you accept these terms. Please read them before you buy. Our store runs on the Shopify platform.

2. Conditions for shopping with us

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, in accordance with the Swedish Contracts Act (1915:218), or that you are shopping with the consent of a guardian. You may not use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose, and you are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with applicable law, including copyright legislation.

3. Prices and product information

Prices are stated in SEK including Swedish VAT unless otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to change prices and our product range without prior notice. We aim to ensure that all product information (images, descriptions, materials) is accurate, but cannot guarantee that it is always complete or entirely free of errors. If a price or a product description is manifestly incorrect, we reserve the right to correct it or cancel an order, even after it has been placed.

4. Orders and payment

When you place an order you enter into a binding purchase agreement with us, provided that the order is confirmed by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, for example in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or where the product is no longer in stock. You are responsible for providing accurate and current details (name, address, payment details) when making a purchase.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (2005:59), we offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your item. 6. Delivery

Delivery times stated on the website are estimates. We are responsible for the item reaching you, including where we use a carrier. If the delivery is significantly delayed you have the right to cancel the purchase after you have reminded us and we have failed to deliver within a reasonable time. Extraordinary events beyond our control may affect these times; we will notify you if this happens. Current delivery times can be found in our Shipping Policy.

7. Uncollected parcels

Orders are delivered to your chosen collection point. Parcels that are not collected within the collection point's deadline are returned to us as uncollected. A charge of SEK 200 applies to uncollected parcels, corresponding to our actual costs for outbound and return shipping and administration.

8. Claims for defective items

If your item is defective or damaged, you have the right to make a claim under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (2022:260). Make your claim within a reasonable time of discovering the defect; a claim made within two months is always considered to have been made in time.

How to make a claim: contact us at info@fjornrunning.com with your order number, what you are claiming for and a description of the defect. Please attach photographs — this helps us assess the case more quickly and raise any manufacturing faults with our supplier.

Where a claim is justified, we cover the return shipping and you may choose between repair, replacement or a refund in accordance with the law.

If the claim is not justified: if our examination shows that the item is not defective, or that the fault arose through incorrect use or normal wear, we will contact you before taking any action. You may then choose between having the item sent back to you at your cost for shipping, or having us handle the case as a voluntary return, in which case the return shipping cost is deducted from the refund in accordance with our return policy.

If we cannot reach an agreement, you may contact Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes), arn.se, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm. We follow ARN's recommendations. You may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/odr.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the website — including the Fjorn brand, logos, images, text and design — belongs to FA Group Sverige AB or our licensors and may not be copied, reused or distributed without our written consent.

10. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided as is. We do not guarantee that the website will always be error-free or available without interruption. To the extent permitted by Swedish law, we are not liable for indirect damage or loss arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer under Swedish law.

11. Third-party links

The website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for content, products or services provided by third parties.

12. Personal data

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Disputes

If a dispute arises that we cannot resolve together, you may contact Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN) or the general courts.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The most recent version is always available on this page. Continued use of the Service after a change means that you accept the new terms.
