How far does 250 ml go?
With room for two 250 ml soft flasks, you get the same comfort with a vest as without one. The general guidance is around 500 ml of water per hour, so 250 ml covers runs of roughly one to two hours — and refilling is quick.
Does it fit vests other than Fjorn's?
It's shaped for Fjorn's running vests, but works in most running vests with soft flask pockets of a similar size.
Can I freeze it or fill it with hot liquid?
The flask handles fridge temperatures and ice cubes without any problem. Avoid boiling liquid — never pour in anything warmer than hand-warm.
Is it dishwasher safe?
We recommend hand washing. Rinse with warm water and a little washing-up liquid straight after use and leave the flask to air dry upside down. It will last longer and stay free of any unwanted smell.
